To Employees of Sandman Inn, Lethbridge, Thank You

To the employees of Sandman Inn, Lethbridge who were instrumental in getting my makeup case returned to me. Our family stayed at your hotel from July 28 to July 31 inclusive in rms 415 & 417. As soon as we returned to Regina, I realized my makeup case wasn't in the car. Things such as backup prescription glasses and some jewellery (not valuable but difficult, if not impossible to replace) were also in the case. From my initial phone conversations with Chrystal to subsequent arrangements to have it sent, Anita and of course the lady who cleaned our room & found it, my sincere thanks -- you have all renewed my faith in mankind. If our grandson's baseball team represents Saskatchewan next year & Lethbridge hosts the tournament, we will gladly recommend the team stay at your hotel again. UPS phoned me to give me a choice of how I'd like it returned. They had our Visa # & could have easily used the most expensive method. You live in a beautiful city; we enjoyed your Japanese Gardens and we are recommending Lethbridge to our friends and, of course, to stay at your hotel:) You all made an exasperating experience into a positive one.
