* The restaurant "La Caravella", famous since its refurbishment in 1963 and name change from Ciro's bar, it is one of Venice's historic venues. Its elegant ambience, recreating the interior of an ancient sailing ship, has welcomed guests from all over the world for forty years.
* During the summer "La Caravella" serves its guests in the open air, in a typically Venetian plant-filled courtyard adjacent to its winter premises.
In the restaurant bar service is also available.
* The brigade, commanded by owner Alberto Serandrei, offers traditional Venetian and international cuisine: from the delicate fennel and lobster risotto, sea bass filets with toasted pine nuts, and grilled leek with basil.
