*Restaurant Imperial
The multi-award winning gourmet restaurant Imperial practices what can only be called a celebration of innovative cuisine. Three toque chef and “Anti-Aging” author Thomas M. Walkensteiner indulges his guests with light Eurasian gourmet creations. Guests may also allow themselves to be inspired by a special sampling menu.
The restaurant's comprehensive wine selection offers the perfect accompaniment to each course. The Restaurant Imperial is a non-smoking establishment. Seating capacity: approximately 32.
*Castle Restaurant
Breakfast is served as the first rays of morning sun glisten upon Lake Fuschl. Guests are invited to join us on our legendary lakeside terrace, where they enjoy excellent service, and an abundant breakfast buffet that leaves no wish unfulfilled. Freshly caught fish from the hotel's private fishery, and regional Austrian delicacies are served for lunch and dinner. Connoisseurs appreciate the traditional specialties, regional products, exquisite Austrian wines, and fantastic French Grand Cru wines served at our Schloss Restaurant. Seating capacity: approximately 100.
*Library
The library in the castle tower is the perfect retreat: here, the guests are treated to traditional afternoon tea with teas from all around the world, accompanied by Austrian pastries. Guests are invited to take their time, and peruse our large selection of daily newspapers, books and magazines.
*Fishery
Fishery Master Gerhard is happy to take interested guests on a boat excursion through his fish and water world – after which they are treated to a cosy, traditional fish meal. Whole smoked trout and fingerling fished from Lake Fuschl are renowned well beyond the region, since the fishery also includes a fish breeding farm, and sells directly to customers.
*Bathing Jetty
Light, summer delicacies and Mediterranean creations are served at the romantic hotel bathing jetty, adjacent to the boathouse. Refreshments of a cool, sparkling nature are also offered, making it easy for guests to thoroughly enjoy sunny days on cosy sun-loungers.
*Castle Shed with Coachman's Parlor:
Home to the vintage Rolls-Royce and antique carriage collection, the castle shed offers a truly unique backdrop for receptions. It can be individually arranged to hold events of up to 200 people unforgettable evenings under the stars in the open courtyard, or in front of a crackling fire in the coachman's parlor on a cold winter's night guaranteed. The coachman's parlour offers a broad range of possibilities for events beyond the ordinary.

*Events Be it for a dream wedding, or a birthday celebration, the Hotel Schloss Fuschl ballroom offers the ideal setting for the most festive of events. The legendary “Pink Salon”, with its elegant ambience, is perfect for smaller celebrations.
Ballroom capacity: approximately 80.
Pink Salon capacity: approximately 25.
*Perfect for even larger events: the ArabellaSheraton Hotel Jagdhof, situated only 600 meters from the castle, offers a large ballroom for up to 500 people and an additional eleven conference rooms ideally suited for exhibitions, trade fairs, or conferences.
*Leisure Facilities
The spa is a spacious oasis of true well-being. Those in search of regeneration find everything they seek and more in this 1,100 m2 refuge to the senses. The interior offers the best in Wellness in the form of an indoor pool, steam bath and gym. The outdoor area offers relaxation in the form of saunas and whirlpools. Guests enjoy soothing views of the splendid surrounding nature from everywhere within the facility. Therapists employ their extensive expertise to bring harmony to body, mind and spirit. A massage on the jetty -when the weather is fine - is a very popular highlight.
*Golf
Hotel Schloss Fuschl is also a paradise for golfers, with a beautiful 9-hole course right next to the hotel, and an 18-hole championship course at the Eugendorf Golf Club just ten minutes away.
*Zille (Castle Boat)
From the vantage point of the water, guests are afforded a spectacular view of Hotel Schloss Fuschl, the mountain panorama, and the unique natural landscape surrounding Lake Fuschlsee. The castle boat, which holds up to 20
passengers, takes those interested across the lake to the spa Resort of Fuschl.
*Boat Rental
Guests who would like to spend a few quiet hours on Lake Fuschlsee will find romantic rowboats, or little motorboats (also called “Zillen”), at the boathouse, next to the jetty.
*Vintage Cars
The Hotel Schloss Fuschl is happy to arrange nostalgic Limousines &excursions, for instance in a classic Rolls-Royce from its own
Rolls-Royce collection of vintage cars. A chauffeur will take the guests on a romantic journey through the Salzkammer region, or to Salzburg – the city of Mozart. Modern limousines are, of course, also available.
*Schloss Fuschl
This valuable collection of old masters, truly unique on the
Collection international hotel scene, was assembled together with the renowned Munich art dealer “Bernheimer Fine Old Masters”. The approximately 150 works of art comprising the “Schloss Fuschl Collection” may be viewed in all public areas of the hotel, as well as in all suites.
*Diana Chapel
Situated at the center of the hotel complex lies the picturesque Diana Chapel. A legacy of the “Salt Baron”, who had it built for his daughter Diana's christening. This little peaceful jewel affords guests a beautiful view of the castle tower and Lake Fuschl.
*Tart

*The Castle
The abundance of historic and current information pertaining Boutique and to the Hotel Schloss Fuschl has been carefully researched and Castle Exhibition lovingly assembled in a fascinating exhibition – those interested will find a wealth of information on days gone by: from the castle’s history to the filming of the famous Sissi films with Romy Schneider. These romantic cinematic classics may, of course, be purchased at the castle boutique. Here, visitors will also find a wonderful selection of souvenirs for their loved ones back at home: exquisite gourmet delicacies, including the Schloss Fuschl Tart, or a carefully assembled picinic basket with products made by the hotel, Austrian traditional costumes and accessories, and unusual gifts for children. |

The hotel has 110 guest rooms.Light, warm colours dominate the interiors of these elegant Deluxe and Grand Deluxe Rooms and Suites. The design shows clear love of detail, and guests enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Fuschlsee.
The “Jaegerhaus” hunting lodge lies directly opposite the castle tower. It offers six country style rooms and suites, all of which have been lovingly recreated in the style typical of the Austrian Salzkammer region.
The “Seehaeusl” compose a lovely ensemble along the lakeshore. Here, guests are able to enjoy their stay in a completely private atmosphere. Visitors feel right at home with their own terrace, private lake access, and the superior service that the Hotel Schloss Fuschl is so renowned for. |
