Welcome to the Schweizerhof Hotel, the 4-star hotel rich in tradition, situated in the village centre, with a superb view over the lake and just 3 minutes' walking distance from the Chantarella funicular station.
Here is where you will be thoroughly spoiled, where you can forget everyday life in original Belle Epoque surroundings and yet enjoy all the comforts of the new century. The foundation stone for today's Schweizerhof in St.Moritz was laid in 1897 by Emil Rouseette and Conradin von Flugi - both of whom were property owners and ran guesthouses - and Gian Töndury-Zender, the then manager and co-owner of the Engadiner Bank in Samedan. Architects were Chiodera and Tschudy. The 4-storey Hotel Suisse, as the Schweizerhof was then known, opened in July 1898.
The exterior of the building is traditional in style. The medium sized lobby leads to a large lounge area. Both are traditionally styled. The lounge is rather grand with high ceilings and is decorated in warm colours with soft lighting. This hotel is of a very good standard with friendly staff and is certainly one of the more impressive properties in town.

Schweizerhof Hotel is centrally located overlooking the main square and only a short walk from the railway station and opposite one of the ski lifts.
