Since opening in 1987, Semiramis Inter Continental Cairo Hotel has taken the leading position as Cairo's premier hotel. * Sabaya:

* Underground parking for 250 cars and two floors of shopping are available. The Semiramis Inter Continental has 24 hour room service, laundry and valet service.
* The hotel's recreational facilities include a free-form, swimming pool, children's pool and a health club with a fully equipped gymnasium, sun deck, sauna, Turkish bath, aerobic classes, and massage room.
* The Cleopatra ballroom is the largest, and has the most extensive conference and meeting facilities in Egypt. It has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 2000 guests and is equipped with state-of-the art audio-visual facilities including control booth with simultaneous translation and a permanent full size stage.
