This family-friendly hotel was built in 1992 and has 215 double rooms. Guests are offered a splendid lobby with a reception manned around the clock, a safe, lifts, a currency exchange desk, a games room, TV room and a function/conference room with Internet access. There is also a cosy hotel bar, a café, a newspaper stand, a shop, a supermarket, a hairdresser and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call. Outside the hotel there is a playground, tennis academy and a kids' club. The brand new Pine Cliffs Residence apartments are located 10 minutes' walking distance from the hotel main building, along the resort's stunning Pine Cliffs Golf Course. Alternatively a resort train is available for guests to move around within the resort. Those arriving by car may use the parking facilities.
