Unbeatable location!
Sheraton Brussels Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels in Belgium. It has a great location. Metro station is just accross the street. Within 5 minute you can reach Gare du Nord and in 10 minutes you get to Grand Palace at the heart of Brussels. Legendary Manikin Pis is also close to the hotel. Each time i go there i have my picture taken. Funny!The atmosphere is decent, staff is professional and helpful. Me and my husband stayed in a renovated room on the 6th floor. The room was stylishly decorated with a all the convenient amenities. Bathroom was clean and nice. The room was cleaned daily. Hotel has a decent restaurant "Crescendo" which offers a tantalising menu. There are lots of things to be done at Sheraton Brussels Hotel. Sauna, fitness, indoor swimming pool are among the facilities. I stayed at this hotel three times and each time i like it more and more. Highly recommended!

Extremely pleased with my experience at Sheraton Brussels Hotel
Staying at Sheraton Brussels was so pleasant. From the reception desk to the concierge to room maids, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable and the bath facilities are adequate. Both the room and the bathroom were modern, clean and had all modern amenities. The buffet breakfast each morning was in a huge dining room that was very nice with a pleasant view and there was a wide variety of delicious food and excellent coffee. The Sheraton Towers is located in the center of town and is close to many things including a great pedestrian shopping street, lots of restaurants and the Grand Place. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels. I was extremely pleased with my experience at the Sheraton Brussels and would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved this place. Very reasonably priced, we had a great view, lavish room and the staff were eager to please. In walking distance to all the shopping you can handle. I highly recomend the sheraton.

My husband and myself and two kids really loved this. This was our hotel on one of our regular trips to European capitals. We found that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They found us connecting rooms, unlocked the connecting door as soon as we asked and were generally very helpful. Facilities were great. The kids loved the pool on the rainy New Year holiday; the bar people treated them as special people and prepared non alcoholic cocktails for them. We were within walking distance of everything, including the Grand Place and the deal for two rooms was excellent. Don't be put off because you're not actually IN the Grand Place! As a luxurious place to rest your head, it's great.

This is an incredibly nice hotel and well worth staying in. It is not loctaed in a red light district. There's one club and two shops about 3mins from the hotel. Attitudes are liberal in Europe to sex, not like the prudish American view (topless bathing frequent etc.) The staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel is ten minutes from the Grand Place and it's a pleasent enough walk. The room we had was among the largest I've stayed in, including a lot of hotels in America and very well equipped. Belgian television also offers a number of English channels which is nice. The website accommodationow.com offers deals for this hotel and is the best place to book. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend break, especially as it has an indoor pool which is a very nice way to start your morning.

We stayed at the Brussels Sheraton in late April for 2 nights thanks to gtahotels. We got a terrific rate. We also had a corner king room that was the *largest* room I've ever had in Europe.
The hotel is very close to Brussels Nord and was easy to find. Just across the street starts a large shopping area that extends all the way down to "Grand Place". We spent a lot of time poking around the stores.
Contrary to another reviewers comments the area is not seedy at all. There is a Hilton right across the street as well as a large (By European standards) shopping mall across the other street.
Go to Brussels and enjoy some beer & chocolates for us!
