Perfect hotel
Perfect accommodation for hubby and wifey! Me and wife recently came back from a trip to Toronto and I must say that this was the best business trip I ever had…not only because my wife decided to tag along with me but also because of Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. This hotel made it a totally hassle-free and stress-free stay for me. Its location near the Metro Toronto Convention Centre saved me more time and money. Instead of worrying about getting a cab just to get right on time for the convention, I spent more quality time with my wife. The people from the hotel were very friendly accommodating my wife while I was away. Her favorite person there was Linda from Senses Spa where she spent most of her time getting pampered. The only problem I had with the location of the hotel is its closeness to the Eaton Centre because I end up going home with a maxed out credit card. LOL. I really like the earthy color of our room and the bed is perfect for sleeping. The view from the room is amazing because I can see the great city buildings. A must-try for those planning to stay at this hotel are the steaks at Quinn’s Steakhouse.

Excellent customer service!
I was very pleased with my stay at the Sheraton Centre Downtown Toronto. The employees were very welcoming, polite, efficient and quick. The facilities (pool and gym) were well-maintained and very nice. I recommend future hotel occupants to stay at this hotel!

Excellent customer service!
The Toronto Sheraton Center was a beautiful hotel and had amazing views of the city. The employees were very efficient, polite and was able to do a room upgrade instantly with only a minimum addition charge in respect to the value of the room. The pool and fitness center were very well maintained and open at reasonable hours: 7 am - 11pm for pool and gym 24 hours. I certainly recommend this hotel to future hotel occupants!!
