The hotel was as we expected from the pictures on the web site, which is always a pleasant start. The staff were all lovely (especially Ben of the Mandarin Cosmopolitan cocktail!). The restaurants in the hotel were so nice that we didn't bother exploring furht...
We stayed here some time ago. It was one of my first experiences of a five star luxury hotel. I was overwhelmed by the lavish surroundings, the service was great, even though we didn't see that many staff about.

We had the best time ever, the spa was just amazing and treatments were well reccommended! The staff were especially helpful and offered great advise on local attractions and resturants, we had the best mini break!
