The Sheraton Roma Hotel is a 647-room modern, dynamic and elegant hotel situated in the business heart of the capital, surrounded by the lush greenery of the EUR district. The recent full-scale renovation has confirmed its position as the region's premier business and convention venue. With a wide range of guestrooms and facilities, the Sheraton Roma provides the ideal setting for both business and leisure guests.

* Renovation works will take place from the 05th December 2010 until the end of August 2011. The works will be on the congress centre and the main kitchen area.

LOCATION

Sheraton Roma Hotel, one of the largest hotels in Italy, located in the EUR district, just 20 minutes from Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport and the city center.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* A breakfast buffet is served from 7 a.m. until 10.30 a.m. in the breakfast room.

* Il Vigneto:
Open all day, this restaurant features a large exhibition kitchen. Offerings include a Mediterranean buffet and a la carte items such as pastas, grilled meats, pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. The setting is warmly casual with sun-colored walls, comfortable chairs, linen tablecloths, flowers, and plants.

* Tre Fontane:
The hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, open for dinner only, serves Italian and regional cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood. The setting is formal, with yellow tablecloths and paintings of Roman statuary and monuments on the walls. In summer, guests can dine outdoors by the pool.

* Tutta Roma Piano Bar:
This bar offers a wide selection of cocktails, as well as sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. In the evening, guests can dance to live music or relax in the leather club chairs surrounding marble-topped tables. Come summer, the music and dancing are moved outside by the pool.

* The hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool with a fountain and a sundeck with chaise lounges. A jogging track and tennis and squash courts are also on site.
