* The new Cielo Spa is open seven days a week: sunday – thursday from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm, and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on fridays, saturdays, and days prior to Jewish religious holidays.
* Using PrintMe, guests will be able to print documents from their laptop via the printer located in the hotel’s Business Center. They just need to access the PrintMe homepage in order to input the e-mail address and upload the document they want. In return, a DocID will be displayed on the screen and will be sent to the email address. Once this is done, the guest can go to the Business Center and type the DocID on the PrintMe station—and approve the printing of the document, or call the Business Center, inform it of the DocID and ask that the printout be sent to his or her room. The document will be stored for 24 hours and may be reprinted.
