The hotel is in famous Kumkoy district and only 500 meters away from the flat Sandy Beach of the sister Hotel Side Mare Classic Otel. The guests can use all the facilities of the hotel at the beach. It is located 3 km.s far from the antique city Side, 5 km.s from the Manavgat town, reached by regular transportation, by Dolmuş and taxi, everytime.
The shopping and entertainment facilities are 200 meters away from the Hotel. |

* The first floor and second floor outdoor swimming pools, a wave-pool also equipped with sunbathing terrace, two children pools and four water slides are lying on the large cultivated garden of the hotel.
* The Pool-Bar, where you can enjoy your snacks and drinks and the amphitheater are in the pool area.
* Tastefully, modern designed Lobby with two lifts, reception, Lobby Bar equipped with TV corner, resting room, non smoker main restaurant with outdoor terrace, different shops, indoor pool and Turkish bath are found in the hotel. |

The hotel has total 270 rooms.
Standart Rooms: Modern designed and furnished rooms are equipped with telephone, safe-box (rent), satellite TV channels, airconditioner (between June and September and definite working hours) mini-bar, hair –dryer, bathroom, WC and balcony.
The economical rooms are in the outbuilding having no balcony. The other facilities are like in standart double rooms.
* Family Rooms: These rooms are larger and contains bunk bed having the same equipment with the standart rooms.
* Double Room-family Rooms: These rooms are consisting of two rooms having the common same equpment.
* Dublex Rooms:These rooms have the same facilities with the double family rooms. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Side Mare Resort & Spa Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
