Nice hotel, conveniently location and certainly reasonable

I stayed 5 nights at Silken Berlaymont Hotel while on a business trip to Brussels. I chose it largely because of the location, being next door to the main European Commission buildings and with the metro within 2 minutes walk that will take you to the city center in a short time. The hotel is quite new and my room was spacious, modern and had the amenities needed. One complaint was the old-fashioned and extremely slow internet connection in the room. I didn't try the spa/sauna or gym, so cannot comment on those facilities. But the all facilities look well maintained. The breakfast was not part of my package therefore it came to me a bit pricy, but the it was very ample and of a great quality. Overall, Silken Berlaymont Hotel was a nice hotel in a convenient location and certainly reasonable.
