The first stage of project, completed in September 1992, was to build 120 cottage-style rooms and 4 self contained villas with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, sitting room and dining room, surrounding a large landscaped pool area with adult and kiddies pools. The first phase also boasts a brand new restaurant and lobby area which feature beautiful wood carvings and traditional batik patterned fabrics with modern pastel colors. There are also; a Pool bar and two tennis courts.
The site is 15 acres of beautiful land, set on a slight hill that overlooks the city of Surabaya.
