The property was built in 2008 in contemporary Thai style. It is set in 12 acres of grounds right on the seafront, looking out over the Andaman Sea and is a real tropical paradise with its own relaxing gardens and a sandy beach. The resort offers the perfect environment for relaxation, nourishment and revitalization. The property comprises a total of 41 guest rooms. Facilities on offer include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a restaurant, room and laundry services and Internet access.
The resort uses a generator to produce its own electricity 24 hours a day in high season, and from 5 pm until 8 am in green season.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Sita Beach Resort & Spa Hotel Trang and South. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
