Beach-club restaurant by pool, refurbished and re-opened in May 2007. Lavish buffet featuring lobster and other seafood, along with meats and salads. Andalusian decor, with terracotta tiled floor, Moorish lamps.
* Flamingo Restaurant:
Buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch of Spanish and international fare. Indoor and outside seating, sharing pool-view terrace with El Corso.
* Bar Azul:
Split-level bar with view of Andalusian Patio on one side, pool on the other. Additional seating on poolside terrace.
* La Luna de La Cabane:
Open during the summer season. Serves an a la carte menu with specialities including Crayfish Carpaccio served with Lettuce Mesclum, Sea Delirium Luna de La Cabane, as well as a selection of meat and fish from the bay. Meals are accompanied by live music.

Simply the best hotel in Marbella. We have stay in all the 5 star properties of Marbella and "Los Monteros" has been so far the best value for money. Staff is lovely (even if you don't speak spanish). Food is fantastic (especially the buffet at the beach club)...
