The terraced apartment complex includes a total of 294 apartments spread throughout a number of 2/3-storey buildings. The main building offers guests a lobby area with reception, a games lounge as well as a small supermarket. For an additional fee, guests may use the coin-operated washing machine with a dryer. Meals and drinks are served in the Internet café, in the popular beer cellar or in the buffet restaurant. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and participate in the kids' club activities (5-12 years).
