The small complex comprises a total of 23 apartments spread across five floors and offers lift access. It was renovated in 2004 and facilities also include a currency exchange facility.
The reception is open during set times which are advised to clients; outside these times the clients have a 24 hr contact telephone number in case of emergencies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Sol-Mar Hotel Tenerife. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
