We booked a tour to London and Paris, both times opting for the lower priced hotel. In London, it was "ok". In Paris, it was fabulous. The staff are extraordinarily courteous.
The walk to the Champs Elyees was just 3 - 5 minutes, and we saw the Arc de Triumph...
