* Spa Gaucin at The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort has 25 treatment rooms, where guests can enjoy massages, hydrotherapy, body wraps, facials, and a range of other services. Separate men's and women's locker rooms have steam rooms, saunas, and herbal saunas.
* Beauty services are available at the adjacent Vogue Salon, and bath, beauty, and fitness products are sold in the spa boutique.
* With views of the ocean, the fitness center has treadmills, stair machines, and stationary bikes with personal entertainment systems. Guests of the resort can take advantage of daily aerobics, mat Pilates, and yoga classes; personal trainers are also available.
* In addition to a family pool and outdoor lap pool, there is an ocean-view pool with 10 private poolside cabanas featuring bottled water, fruit, refrigerators, cordless phones, ceiling fans, televisions, and DVD players. * The resort's 18-hole golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and it offers ocean views and a clubhouse. The course is one of the few oceanfront championship golf courses in California. The tennis club has eight hard and two lighted courts, in addition to private lessons.
