The Starhotel President was an excellent value for the money. The rooms were modern and very quiet for being right by a major train station and a bus depot. We were easily able to catch the train and the bus. The staff at the hotel were excellent. They helped us out in every way. They even held a bag for us for three days while we went to another destination. They also sell tickets to the aquarium and the art museum, so you don't have to wait in line outside. Very nice for when it's raining. The room was small, but we were impressed with everythign else.
