The terraced bungalows are surrounded by 500,000 m² of exotic gardens, which feature a small zoo. Facilities on the complex grounds include a reception area, a foyer with lifts, a small supermarket, several shops, a hairdresser's salon and a nightclub. Moreover, there are several restaurants (with highchairs for infants) and a selection of bars. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities.
