Position: In Stintino, where the blue sea meets the Pelosa beach, you find our village, the most famous, modern and well-equipped place called “Stintino Country Paradise” (ex “Golf & Country Village”) where everything has been designed for the pleasure and relaxation of our guests, adults and children. Located between Capo Falcone and Stintino, it has a wonderful panoramic view over the “Le Saline” beach and “L’Asinara” tower. It is surrounded by marvellous gardens, exclusive swimming pools and relaxing and entertainment’s places. You can spend a magic holiday in Sardinia in an apartment or in apartment in villa.
Rooms: Houses are divided in villas with two apartments, villas with more apartments, semi detached villas and apartments. Some apartments have a pool in common use, and some of the apartments have their own pool. All apartments have color TV, garden or equipped balcony and car parking.Houses have kitchenette with kitchenware, tv color, hairdryer, terrace or balcony, parking place and are divided in the following types:VILLA STANDARD 4 PEOPLE: living room with double coach, one double room, one bathroom with shower or tub, with garden in common use;VILLA STANDARD 6 PEOPLE: like Villa 6 but with a second bedroom with bunkbeds.VILLA SUPERIOR 4 PEOPLE: living room with double coach, one double room, one bathroom with shower or tub, with garden and swimming pool in common use; VILLA DE LUXE 6 PEOPLE: living room with double coach, one double room, one second bedroom with bunkbeds or double room, one bathroom with shower or tub, with private garden and swimming pool;VILLA DE LUXE 8 PEOPLE: living room with double coach, one double room, two twin rooms, one bathroom or two bathrooms with shower or tub, with private garden and swimming pool and wonderful sea view.
Outside: The hotel has three swimming pools, two of which for adults and one for children. CLUB CARD 2009 includes (compulsory costs starting from 4 years old):an umbrella and 2 sun chairs per app. at the "Le Saline" beach with shuttle service to/from the beach at fixed hours, use of 3 pools of which 1 is for children, animation with miniclub 4/11 years, junior club 12/17 years, animation during the day with games and tournaments, ping pong, collective swimming courses, aerobics, stretching, acquagym, dance evenings and group dancing, dance contest, salsa and merenguecourses, evenings with piano bar, karaoke and cabaret.
More Informations: COMPULSORY AND OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RESIDENCE (2009):- Use of electricity, water, gas, bed- and bath linnen, final cleaning without kitchen corner, use of TV: Villa 4 Standard 60 euro per person per week (starting from 2 years old); Villa 6-8 pax 65 euro per person per week.- Change linnen midweek, bed linnen 13 euro per person per change.- Bath linnen 13 euro per person per change.- Club Card compulsory from 06/06 to 12/09(starting from 4 years old): 35 per person per week.- Deposit (it will be required at the arrival): 150 euro.- Final cleaning of the kitchen corner (it will be required only if the tourists will not clean it): 28 euro per apartment.- Baby Cot: 30 euro per week without bed lined. 1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Stintino Paradise Villas Hotel Sardinia -Stintino.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
