The Summer Bay Resort is a luxurious resort which boasts accommodation selections for all tastes including standard rooms, premium rooms, 1 & 2 bedroom condominiums, 2 bedroom villas and spectacular vacation houses. At the heart of the resort is the world-class clubhouse, which features a relaxing atrium area, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a poolside tiki bar. (Guests are required to pay a $7.00 per room per night resort charge direct to the hotel upon checkout. A deposit of $150.00 for the room safe is required and is refunded at check out).

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Summer Bay Resort Hotel Orlando. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
