A LOVELY HOTEL!
I can honestly say I have never been so warmly greeted everytime I came back in to Sunrise (I've stayed there twice, several days at a time--this is advertising in itself. The owner is a lovely, gentle man..
The staff will gladly take your luggage up for you. You'll be greeted with a coke (& a smile) each time you pass the desk.
Yes, the rooms are big and comfortable you and easy to see the city.
It's quite clean & the staff is there if you need anything . You'll get a Buffet Breakfast each morning. Oh! And you can't beat the location!
When I'm in Ha Noi I'll definitely recommend Sunrise. In fact, I already have. A fellow passenger on a cruise is going to Sunrise---& he & his wife are staying--at The Sunrise!

Highlight for Sunrise Hotel Hanoi
We recently stayed at Sunrise Hotel Hanoi for 3 nights and found this hotel great for stay. Room was so nice and well decorated with wooden wall and flowers walls. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. All in all Sunrise Hotel Hanoi is the best address to stay and we are sure to return!

Great hotel
We have just spent 3 nights at the Sunrise Hotel Hanoi. The airport pickup was great because we arrived late at night. They were so helpful during the whole stay left our luggage while we went to Halong Bay with no worries.
Good breakfast water and fruit in room daily fresh milk provided for tea when we asked for it. They couldn't provide us with a room for an extra night as requested but arranged another good hotel across the strreet, moved our luggage, gave us water because it was expensive in new hotel and paid difference in cost. A gem !!!!

New hotel with great service
Very exellent hotel in Hanoi and we were so happy to stay there. My room was so large and clean with modern TV and wifi for free. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Love Sunrise and sure to return.
