Not Truly Happy
Stayed Saturday April 9th and paid higher rates this weekend due to Texas Motor Speedway race (which is taking advantage of their customers)! The 2 queen beds only had 2 pillows a piece, flat as all get out! Asked for 2 more pillows and all they gave us was one extra! Not happy! No shampoo in the showers? Booked the room for 3 adults, and only had 2 washcloths upon arrival. They were constantly out of towels when we'd ask for one more. Room wasn't the cleanest, but then I always bring my can of Lysol. The tile in the bathroom was broken/loose and felt like it was gonna fall thru to the room below every time we'd step on it. No, next time I'm staying somewhere else. Hot tub wasn't even usable. The pool area gate was locked on a beautiful Sunday morning, couldn't even go in and hang my feet in.
