Key collection and registration will be done at the Land N Sea Rentals office located on Marco Island at 500, South Collier Boulevard, Suite 301. Land N Sea are the rental agents for the holiday home on Marco Island. Full directions to their office will be given to the guests with the booking confirmation. After hours collect the key and directions from the lock box, located in front of the office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Superior Gulf Coast Holiday Homes, Marco Island Hotel Naples. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
