* The hotel offers outdoor pool, with its spacious sundeck for the recration of the guests.
* The hotel offers a bar and restaurant lying at about 90 feet above sea level.
* The guests can enjoy the pathways and stairs, bordered by flowerbeds, hibiscus and oleander, lead to the guestrooms 65 feet above sea level and onwards to the private beach.
* From lookout points in the garden, guests can see fish swimming in the distance in the shallow sea. Moonlight, stars, soft tropical breezes and the scent of garden flowers complement the dining experience in the palms restaurant and bar. |

| ROOM AMENITIES |

* There are four basic types of accommodation. First, the twenty-five deluxe rooms average 540 enclosed sq. ft., and of these, eighteen are apartment-type units clustered around the pool and seven are cottages carved into the rock at lower elevations, nearer the water. All deluxe rooms are large enough to include a sitting area, and each has a private bathroom.
* The ten superior suites include a separate bedroom, sitting room with a convertible couch, kitchen and separate bathroom. Averaging 720 sq. ft. of enclosed space, six of these units are apartment-ype Uunits overlooking the pool deck and four are Cottages fronting the ocean.
* The two Penthouses represent the top of the line. Averaging 1,700 sq. ft. each, they offer two bedrooms, sitting room with convertible couch, dining room, two or three bathrooms, and kitchen.The kitchens are completely equipped with refrigerator, conventional and microwave cooking facilities, and electric coffee maker. All rooms have cable TV.
* The Brand new Cliffside Suite, the most spacious of all, come with 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, large sitting room with adjoining dining room separated with a back to back fireplace and a wrap around balcony. All rooms have breathtaking ocean views. |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Surf Side Bermuda Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
