The hotel consists of two major buildings, one nine stories, and the other seven. It has a total of 350 rooms: Single rooms, standard rooms, deluxe suites, presidential suites and special rooms for the handicapped. All rooms are equipped with IDD, Hi-Fi radio, in-house movies, satellite TV, mini-bar and hair dryer. The Suzhou Hotel offers six restaurants and ten banquet halls in different styles, serving Chinese and Western dishes, and offering Suzhou, Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, buffet dining and facilities for cocktail parties. |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Suzhou Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
