Swallow Bower Hotel is formerly a manor house, over the years, Swallow Bower Hotel has been sympathetically extended and refurbished to provide first class public areas and modern, comfortable bedrooms, whilst keeping the original character and charm.

Built in the Victorian era by one the area's most famous families, the Swallow Bower Hotel is well located for exploring the region's towns and countryside. Over the years the hotel's original character has been sympathetically maintained and enhanced to cater for guests with both leisure and business needs.

Bedrooms and the Facilities are ideal for business travelers and families who require more space.

LOCATION

Swallow Bower Hotel is ideally located for business and leisure in and around Manchester city center. The hotel is only 10 km from the city center, 15 minutes from the airport and easily located from J21 of the M60.Local attractions include MEN Arena (direct rail link), Old Trafford, Trafford Center and city center shops & nightlife.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* The Sheridan Restaurant, is an extensive range of dishes is available for breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday; dishes can include Shark Marinated in Cajun Spices, Duck Breast with a Black Cherry and Kirsch Sauce, Sirloin Steak Diane and Steak Pie. The dining room is light and airy and overlooks the hotel gardens.

* The Lounge Bar, is furnished with big sofas and armchairs, the lounge serves drinks; a bar snack menu is available until 9.30 PM. Menu includes sandwiches, salads and full meals such as Breaded Scampi and Chicken Tikka Massala.

* After a day’s shopping or business, guests can relax with a drink on the hotel’s patio.

* Bower Hotel enjoys a great reputation locally for its wedding and function facilities along with good service. In any of the 3 main function rooms celebrations can be held, the hotel holds a civil license for Marriages to be held at the hotel. The wedding coordinators are on hand to help plan such an important event, no matter what the guests wish may be.

* For many years the Bower Hotel has successfully accommodated and cared for many important meetings and conferences. This service has recently been enhanced by the addition of our purpose built Henshaws Conference Center. This facility can accommodate meetings from 2 to 25 with a comfortable break-out lounge and hedged garden. The popular hotel conference rooms can seat up to 200 with on-site business services, a relaxing lounge area and a secret enclosed garden area. In total the hotel has seven meeting rooms which can be easily adapted to the many and varied requests.
