The hotel is clean, comfortable, has a great pool, and the location is great too. |

My family booked 3 rooms at this hotel earlier this month and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a Zurich suburb directly across from a train station. Zurich was only a stopping-over point for us as we were catching a flight the next day to Vienna. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the airport and there are also direct express train connections to the airport from the station across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice with small, clean bathrooms. |

Recently stayed at the Swissotel Zurich and found it to be a good choice. It is two train stops from downtown with frequent trains going every ten minutes. From arrival to departure, we experienced friendly and efficient service from all the staff. Upon arrival in our room, my daughter found a child's robe and slippers on her bed. It made her feel very welcomed. The breakfast buffett is so vast and delicious that I didn't have room for lunch. Indoor pool has a fabulous view from the top floor. The front desk recommened a fantastic vegetarian restaurant called The Hiltl....it was so good, we were tempted to go back the next night. |
