The dining room is traditional, with wood-paneled walls, white-linen table settings, and rich leather dining chairs. A private dining room is available for use by small groups. The seasonal menu showcases regionally inspired French cuisine with some low-fat and vegetarian choices. A wine cellar holds more than 700 vintages, including a selection of Canada's top wines.
