Stay in best hotel in Istanbul
If you want the best hotel in Istanbul, stay at The Marmara Istanbul in Taksim Square. Great location, clean well kept modern facility, excellent accommodations and courteous helpful staff. During our stay the friendly desk staff patiently took the time to help resolve a personal problem not related to the hotel. Concierge was also very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel
The rooms are a bit small, but clean and has good view of Taksim square. There were double windows, so we could sleep at night. There were some problems (e.g. broken tap) that were fixed quite quickly. food was great. all in all - nice hotel.

Istanbul great location and experience
We were excited beyond words to experience this country and its culture.We picked the Marmara Istanbul because it was in the middle of everything, right at Taksim Square where you can walk to restaurants, cafes and there is a pedestrian only...

The Marmara is an excellent choice
The Marmara is an excellent choice for those traveling for business or pleasure, particularly for its towering location above central and bustling Taksim Square. In fact, the hotel got so popular that they opened a second one, The Marmara Pera, down the street. The Taksim Square hotel's got everything necessary for an exclusive and pampered visit to Istanbul, including spacious bathrooms and spectacular views. The recently renovated Club Floor specifically pampers business travelers with 24-hour floor supervision, complimentary breakfast, and in-room fax and coffee service. The Pera property, meanwhile, in spite of its 200 rooms, feels like a boutique property, as spaces are kept to manageable scale and the decor is understatedly trendy.
