If you want the best hotel in Istanbul, stay at The Marmara Istanbul in Taksim Square. Great location, clean well kept modern facility, excellent accommodations and courteous helpful staff. During our stay the friendly desk staff patiently took the time to hel...
The rooms are a bit small, but clean and has good view of Taksim square. There were double windows, so we could sleep at night. There were some problems (e.g. broken tap) that were fixed quite quickly. food was great. all in all - nice hotel.
We were excited beyond words to experience this country and its culture.We picked the Marmara Istanbul because it was in the middle of everything, right at Taksim Square where you can walk to restaurants, cafes and there is a pedestrian only...
