Created by Andre Balazs, the hotel restores the old glossy white terrazzo floors and Mod Morris Lapidus architecture. It features an expansive Scandinavian-style lobby, featuring terrazzo floors, fabric wall art, beaded drapes, and colourful glass artwork in the windows. The spacious rooms feature contemporary decor with light-wood furnishings, and wood blinds.
LOCATION
The hotel is located on an island overlooking Biscayne Bay in South Beach. Lincoln Road pedestrian mall, Atlantic Ocean beaches, and Bass Museum of Art are within easy reach. It provides an easy access to the Miami International Airport (MIA).
