A fair basic tourist hotel
I have recently returned from Thistle Hotel Glasgow. Overall, I’d say it’s a fair basic tourist hotel conveniently close to shops and cafes. The location is great - located about a minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street. Bedroom was clean and spacious but lighting atrocious, even though it was adequate. Besides the décor may be a little tired and worn but acceptable. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast with lots of choice and something for everyone. Overall, not impressive and not disappointing experience at Thistle Hotel Glasgow.
