Very good value of money
I stayed in this hotel two nights on business. Every thing was very clean and room overlooked the courtyard. The hotel is near the train but i didn't feel it during the night. very easy arriving here by bus. Friendly and joyfull staff, typical Italian breakfast.

Initially from the reviews I didn't think this hotel would be great, but it ended up being a good surprise!
Near to the old town of Bologna, in a beautiful quiet context.
We were 2 and they put us in a very clean bedroom, good air-conditioning, rather hi-tech, but specially good value of money. Breakfast is simple but good. Dinner, to the resturant, full of typical italian meats.
Definitely we recommend it.

An exceptional value for money the council for those who need to save money without giving up the privileges that can offer a 4 star hotel. Surely dated but clean and comfortable hotel.

Just returned from Bologna and really enjoyed our stay at the Top Park. It was very good value for money and although we had to get a taxi back from Bologna Town Centre most evenings after 9 pm we think it was excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious although a bit 80s chic. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant was ok but not if you are a vegetarian. Bus service from the hotel is excellent during the day and buses are punctual and air conditioned. Pool at the rear of the hotel is very good. Trains do go behind the hotel but they are hardly noticeable. If you decide to go to a local restaurant in Pianora (which is very nice) the downside is that you have to get a taxi back to the hotel but as all taxis come from Bologna you are also charged for the drivers journey from Bologna to the restaurant and then charged for the journey to your hotel. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.
