The residence is divided into two groups of buildings. the first consists of apartments and is situated on the slope of the hill. the second is a little above and consists of 10 small villages. all apartments have modern furnishings and telephone. customers are offered a number of sports facilities and parking.

Location: on a hillside surrounded by olive trees and typical mediterranean vegetation. not far from arco naturale sandy beach and about 3.5 km. from the centre of palinuro.
