This apartment complex was renovated in the year 2004 and comprises a total of a 5-storey main building and 74 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and lifts. In addition, a bar, a café, a restaurant, a games room and a TV room are also offered to guests for further entertainment.
