All rooms have been fitted with amenities to ensure that guests' receive a comfortable and well-deserved holiday. All are equipped with individually adjustable air-conditioning, attached bathrooms, mini-fridge, telephones, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are also several interconnecting rooms. All chalets and deluxe have individual balconies. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Tuaran Beach Resort Hotel Sabah.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
