The 95-unit resort in Banff National Park has a wide variety of accommodation, everything from executive suites for business clients, to chalets which are perfect for the family or for a romantic couple's getaway. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a newspaper stand and a mini supermarket. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service, WLAN Internet access and bicycle hire. The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground.
The hotel's front desk is open 24 hours a day. Check-in is from 4 pm and guests are required to check out by 11 am.
