Good Location, Nice exterior. Small, unclean rooms, all rooms are smoking, dissapointing expensive breakfast...Try somewhere else.
I stayed at this hotel for 11 days and left completely satisfied with my stay. If you are from America, please keep in mind that you are now in England. Therefore some things that are basic in our hotels aren't customary in London.
