In the heart of Florence...

Hotel Unicorno is pleasantly situated on a street full of antique shops in the heart of Florence, close to the central station, museums, monuments, as well as the Congress Centre and Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Centre.

The hotel is in an old Florentine building from the 15th century, which has recently been renovated, offering all modern comforts but keeping many of the original features, such as the lovely vaulted ceilings in the reception area.

The owners are a Japanese-Italian couple, who have decorated the interiors with Japanese and Florentine items.

LOCATION

Housed in a 15th century building in central Florence, this Tuscan style hotel is 500 metres from the Church of San Lorenzo.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* The hotel is located at walking distance from the railway station Santa Maria Novella, and from the Congress Palace, near an ancient fortress where international exhibitions are held. The main museums and monuments are also nearby.

* Guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast, and spend evenings winding down with a drink at the bar or, in winter, by the lobby fireplace. Multilingual staff can offer advice on the best local attractions, while other facilities include high-speed Internet access and a 24-hour front desk.
