Rooms: 2/4 and duplex 4/6 people, equipped with bathroom, some with shower (and toilet in those with two bedrooms), lounge/dining room with sofa bed, 1 or 2 bedrooms, ceiling fans (some with air conditioning with surcharge), totally equipped kitchen (refrigerator + freezer, oven, washing machine, toaster and microwave), iron, terrace with table and chairs. towels changed every four days and sheets changed every eight days. facilities: gardens, mini playground, snack bar and restaurant, 2 outdoor pools ( one of them only opens 15/6 to 15/9) collection of keys: almeria office reservations ( in the same complex) from 17:00h a 20:00h. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Vera Coast Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
