не без недостатков, о вполне приемлемо.
всё скромненько, ну оооочень скромненько. очень маленькие комната и санузел, думаю, что крупным людям этот отель выбирать не стоит. кровати удобные, постельное белье вполне достойное, хоть и без изысков, полотенца меняли каждый день, убирали - ну... в общем, как-то убирали. под кроватью я не шарила, на видных местах было относительно чисто. вместо шкафа - ниша для одежды (не причисляю это ни к недостаткам, ни к достоинствам, просто констатирую).
санузел крошечный, сантехника грустная, но исправная. фена нет. кстати, всего одно зеркало в номере - оказалось, что это очень неудобно во время сборов. мыло добавляли, геля для душа не было.
в номере тепло, а если не держать окно приоткрытым, немного душно.
телевизор в номере есть. интернет только в холле, им не пользовались.
персонал приветливый. нас заселили вначале в дабл. он был на 4-от этаже, потолки совсем низкие, не больше 2-х метров), на следующий день переселили в твин. заезжали мы поздно, о чём предупредили отель по мэйлу. ответа не пришло, пришлось звонить. менеджер пообещала, что проблем с этим не будет, так оно и вышло.
на стойке отеля можно заказать трансфер в аэропорт, 15 евро с человека. этой услугой мы воспользовались, поскольку улетали около 9 утра. до Орли доехали за 25 минут. на мой взгляд, это гораздо удобней, чем ехать с чемоданами на метро, а дороже совсем не намного.
лифт, по сравнению с предыдущими парижскими отелями - ну просто огромный, в нём без труда размещаются два человека с двумя чемоданами и сумкой:)
завтраки нормальные: йогурт, багет, масло, сыр, джемы (4-5 видов), круассаны, кофе, чай, молоко, шоколад, сок из агрегата. брали по паре круассанов и несколько джемов - никто ничего не говорил. кафетерий, конечно, не мешало бы обновить.
звукоизоляция между номерами вполне нормальная. звуки с улицы - обычные, городские, нам они не докучали. вид из окна в небольшой двор, в который смотрят окна еще нескольких отелей. рядом метро, правда линии не самые удобные, но местоположение отеля позволяет добраться пешком до многих знаковых достопримечательностей (опера - 10 минут, ратуша - 20-25 минут).
цена на стойке - 93 евро за дабл с завтраком. это, конечно, дороговато для такого отеля. но у нас получилось по 58 евро (otel.com с учетом моей скидки). думаю, что сочетание местоположения и качеств отеля с такой ценой - довольно удачное стечение обстоятельств. во всяком случае, для следующей поездки в Париж будем рассматривать, как вариант, и этот отель.

При получившемся соотношении цены и местоположения - всё понравилось.

Great location but small rooms
Great location (just off Boulevarde Montmartre) with lots of good food places nearby (cafes, restaurants, bars) and metro 200m away. Rooms very small, with thin walls (hear neighbours) and cigarette smoke smell in room.

wonderful hotel
very nice hotel;clean rooms;close to metro station;helpful staff;reasonable breakfast;close to many restaurants and fast food.we stayed there me my wife and friends in december 2008. we recommend it and will stay there whenever we go to paris

A terrible hotel
The reception area is smart and modern, belying the terrible state of the room we were given. So small we could not pass between the bed and the walls, the window overlooked a wall, the room was dirty and fittings were old and damaged. The bathroom had merely been wiped and I was seriously concerned that I might catch some disease.
The hall was narrow and dirty, the stair carpet badly stained and torn.
The breakfast room was basic in the extreme, as was the standard of the food. While we were eating the lady serving coffe brought the bins from the street past us, and then continued serving without washing her hands!!!
It is cheap, and the location, although scruffy is close to the metro. Nothing else to commend this hotel at all. If you have more money make another choice - if you don't have more money then still make another choice.

basic value hotel in a great location
Considering the bargain rate we received to stay for 4 nights at Victoria Hotel, our Paris experience could not be better. First of all, Victoria hotel is located so conveniently so could literally walk with no use of metro. The room was tiny as expected, but clean with en suite bathroom. The staff was friendly and bilingual, which was impressive. The breakfast was basic, but tasty. All in all, tiny but clean rooms, friendly staff, basic breakfast – all did well worth the value. We would strongly recommend Victoria Hotel for anyone on a tight budget looking for a basic tolerable quality and great convenient location.

Disappointed
I book this hotel 4 months ago after I saw good reviews on this page. We arrived in the Hotel to a spottless reception but when we checked into our room we were discusted to see that our room was still not tidied from the people that stead before us. The room was tiny and you could barely move in the bathroom-not to mention the bath that a child would'nt fit into. The pictures on this website are completely misleading. We decided not to stay in this hotel and ended up walking the streets to look for another hotel. I would most diffently not reccommend this hotel!

Enjoyed our stay
Located in the heart of the ninth district of Paris, the Victoria Hotel is situated in a quite area that is not far from the Grands Boulevards and the Opera. For a 2 star hotel the hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. It offered more than a 2 star hotel comfort. We basically, enjoyed our stay.

Great Memories
We booked this hotel after reading reviews on another travel site and were not disappointed! This is exactly the type of hotel experience most travelers would want for the money paid. Yes, it costs a little more than many others, but the charm of the place more than makes up for it. You will not find any faults here. The staff was gracious and helpful, the full breakfasts were excellent, the room was a Francophile's dream with tasteful furnishings and quality linens; the bed slept great. The hotel was quiet and relaxing and the walk was not too far to the Seine. The surrounding area was very nice and Luxembourg Gardens was just a few blocks away.This hotel experience was on par with the St. Francis in San Francisco and the Sofitel in Beverly HIlls - just on a slightly smaller scale in terms of size of the property. Great memories are to be made here!

Fablous stay
The hotel is located near the metro on a quiet side street. It is close to major attractions and, during the day, in the area around it is bustling with various activities.
The hotel rooms and service were lovely. Rooms vary in size and decor in very traditional French decor; lovely marble baths.
Front desk service was excellent; trust the concierge on dinner reservations. I had a wonderful time in Victoria Hotel, I'll strongly recommend.
