Villa bellevue is is a family run beautiful 3 star Hotel – Apartment and studio complex. Situated 16-17 kilometers west of Heraklion in an enviable and unique situation overlooking the small picturesque bay of Ligaria and the tourist resort and fishing village of Aghia Pelagia It is built in a quiet and hospitable environment of natural beauty, with spectacular views to the sea and of the mountains. Only 1200 meters from the centre of Aghia Pelagia and 800 meters from Ligaria Beach. The hotel is built in 7000 square metres of lush greenery of palm, olive, lemon and hibiscus trees. The elevated garden area provides plenty of space for guests to move around in.
The hotel consists of 6 separate buildings of studios and apartments, which measure between 35 to 55 square metres with balconies or terraces They are all fitted with cable television, direct dial phones. King size beds, private bathrooms, with baths or showers and kitchenettes. The Hotel also provides a safe parking area, reception with safes, A friendly, informal Greek style Tavern serving breakfast, lunch or evening meal, a mini market and in the grounds a large pool with umbrellas and sun beds. The sea and beach areas of Ligaria and Aghia Pelagia are ideal for guests to enjoy scuba diving, ski, jet ski, wind surfing and parasailing.

Phaestos 60 km. and of course all the famous museums. Taxi transfers for guests from Heraklion airport to Villa bellevue is approx. 32 -35 euro. |

Villa Bellevue is situated 18-20 km west of Iraklion-Airport over the the small picturesque bay of Ligaria, near the famous tourist resort of Agia Pelagia.
Built in a quiet and hospitable environment of natural beauty.
We are approx. 17– 18 kms from Heraklion airport - if you are taking a taxi all taxi drivers know where we are situated. If you are taking a car Arriving at the airport, take the national REYTHMNON – HANIA highway. About 10 kms. along the way you will pass by a power station and oil refineries, and then passing over a bridge you will see below to the left the village of Rogdia. KEEP to the national road ascending a hill with a winding road. Arriving at the top on the right hand side you will see a sign to Ligaria Beach and Athina Palace. DO NOT TURN. Keep to the national road for about 1000 m until you see a blue Villa Bellevue sign to the right. Turn off here taking the cement road and you will find us about 250 m down and it's the first house with the tiled roof coming down on the left.
