The complex has a total of 3 floors with 33 apartments. There is a reception desk, hire safe, currency exchange counter, a lift, a TV lounge and a cosy bar. At the back of the apartments, there is a swimming pool with a snack bar. Medical assistance is also available on request. A public car park can be found near the apartments.
