Friendly attentive, helpful serviceand staff. Lovely breakfast. Rooms pleasant if a bit jaded decor-wise. Safe didn't work and they could not fix it but were helpful in trying. Rooms quiet despite being on road side and air condition efficient during the heatwave we experienced. Nice gardens to relax in. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable Hotel in quiet suburb ,but within easy reach of the City. Staff pleasant,unobtrusive but on hand to offer information and advice. Next visit in September will be our fourth.Garden at the rear a nice retreat for those days when you just want relax.

My husband and I ( we are in our mid fifties) stayed at the Villa Victoria for a few days in July, 2003. Our room was so spacious, bed was great, bathroom very clean, modern and it even had a drying rack! The staff were very friendly, helpful and most welcoming as we walked into the hotel, no doubt looking quite bedraggled from our 5 hour train ride and walk to the hotel - we were there during the heat wave! The hotel is not in the centre of all the activity but for us the location was just fine, a 15 minute walk to the beach and Old Nice. If you are travelling by train, as we were, the hotel is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the station. There is an Information office outside the train station where they will provide you with directions. Would we stay here again? Most definitely!
