Guests will learn the name of their finca at least 7 days before their scheduled arrival. A plan and a detailed description of the finca is given along with photos. For cancellations within 6 days of arrival, a charge of 25% will be added to the whole reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Villas North of Mallorca Hotel Majorca. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
