The building consists of 6 storeys and a total of 99 apartments. There is a bar on offer for guests.
Guests are required to pay a deposit on the day of arrival, which will be refunded when they leave. Dogs are not permitted. There is a mini bus free of charge to take guests to the beach. Ask for timetable in reception.

Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
