2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.

We had a fascinating stay at Viva Club Hotel in June this year. The hotel is great in every aspect. I has a very effective reception service. Although we arrived before the check in hour the receptionist tried his best to make my room ready as soon as posibble...
